Why have my energy prices increased?

Being in a fixed term contract means your energy prices won't change for the term of your contract. If you notice your energy prices have increased, it's likely your contract has come to an end and you've been moved to our Out of Contract rates. If this is the case, get in touch and we'll talk you through the process to sign you up to a new energy contract.
