When will you take my first payment?

Business energy customers receive their bills on the 4th of each month, meaning your first bill will be sent on the 4th of the month after you join us. Payments must be made within 10 working days of receiving your bill, be that by Direct Debit, or by BACS.

This is so we are able to support customers who are experiencing emergencies and so we can keep our phone-lines clear for our more vulnerable customers.
