Do you support Smart Meters?

If you have a second generation (SMETS2) meter, you'll be able to join and your meter will continue to run as normal.

If you have a first generation (SMETS1) meter, you'll still be able to join us, but you will have to provide regular meter readings.

In the next few months, SMETS1 meters should begin to run in the same way as a SMETS2 meter.
